is a day which is called &#8216;Shimakutuba no hi (a day to use and remember old tongue\/s of Ryukyu islands)&#8217; in September.\u00a0 This year, 2014, is marked to acknowledge the diversity of Ryukyu the category of endangered languages, the languages in Okinawa are included.\u3000Not only within Okinawa prefecture but beyond geographical Okinawa prefecture, there were two international conferences on the topic of endangered languages in the world in Tokyo and Naha, where the speakers and researchers of endangered languages exchanged the updated target=\"_blank\">\u30ea\u30f3\u30ac\u30d1\u30c3\u30af\u30b9\u306e\u30b7\u30f3\u30dd\u30b8\u30a6\u30e0<\/a>http:\/\/www.linguapax-asia.org\/symposium-program.html?lang=ja\uff09\u3067\u3001\u307e\u305f\u30019\u670817-20\u65e5\u306b\u90a3\u8987\uff08\u6c96\u7e04\u56fd\u969b\u5927\u5b66\u7b49\u3067<a href=\"http:\/\/ryukyuans.org\/new_program\" target=\"_blank\">\u5371\u6a5f\u8a00\u8a9e\u8ca1\u56e3\u306b\u3088\u308b\u56fd\u969b\u5e74\u6b21\u5927\u4f1a<\/a>http:\/\/ryukyuans.org\/new_program\uff09\u304c\u884c\u308f\u308c\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>There were two internationa conferences: on Sep 13 in Tokyo, at Gakushuin University,\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.linguapax-asia.org\/symposium-program.html?lang=ja\" target=\"_blank\">a symposium by Linguapax<\/a> (http:\/\/www.linguapax-asia.org\/symposium-program.html?lang=ja) and between Sep 17-20 in Naha, at Okinawa International University, <a href=\"http:\/\/ryukyuans.org\/new_program\" target=\"_blank\">an annual international conference by Foundation for Endangered Languages<\/a> (http:\/\/ryukyuans.org\/new_program).<\/p>\n<p>\u65e5\u672c\u306e\u307f\u306a\u3089\u305a\u3001\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u304b\u3089\u6765\u305f\u53c2\u52a0\u8005\u3068\u5171\u306b\u3001\u5371\u6a5f\u8a00\u8a9e\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u8003\u3048\u308b\u8cb4\u91cd\u306a\u6a5f\u4f1a\u3068\u306a\u3063\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Together
